The research in PRIME-XS is divided into four distinct Joint Research Activities (JRAs), all involving multiple partners:


JRA1 – Bio-informatics enabling high-throughput proteomics
JRA2 – Enabling Technologies for Protein Interaction Networks and Subcellular Protein Localisation
JRA3 – Enabling Technologies for Post-Translation Modifications 
JRA4 – Providing technologies for biomarker detection

In addition, the six PRIME-XS access sites host research projects of external users as part of our Transnational Access (TA) programme.
